The story of Taste Tapestry
India has a flavour for every feeling.
Some flavours remind us of home. Some take us back to childhood. And some become new favourites before we even realise it.

The person behind the tapestry
Every great story begins with a little nostalgia.
For Neha Mahajan, familiar Indian flavours hold more than taste. They carry childhood memories, the comfort of home, and the little food rituals we share every day.
That love inspired Taste Tapestry — a way to bring those memories to the table, with something new to discover.

Memories, rituals & little discoveries
A little note from Neha
01 / Namkeen
The little rituals we share
“You know, in India, namkeen is never just a snack.
There’s always that one person who reaches for it before the chai is even served. The bowl that magically finds its way into every family gathering. The friend who says, ‘Just a little,’ and somehow finishes half of it.
We all have our little namkeen rituals. And every home, every community, has its own favourites.
At Taste Tapestry, we love these little quirks. Because India has never run out of amazing flavours. There’s always something new to discover, and always a reason to share.”

02 / Mukhwas
A taste of childhood
Traditions that deserve to live on
“Some of my fondest childhood memories are from visiting Amritsar with my grandmother.
There was always something to bring back. aam Papad, imli goli, little things that made those trips special. Everything felt fresh, full of flavour, and there was something so beautiful about those simple traditions.
But over time, I felt we were losing a little bit of that experience. Mukhwas was often sold loose, and for the younger generation, even trying something like paan felt a little unfamiliar.
I wanted to bring that experience back, but in a way that feels just as exciting today.
That’s why, at Taste Tapestry, we’ve reimagined these traditional flavours into something fresh, accessible, and fun. From familiar favourites to our paan shots, there’s a little something for everyone.
Because some traditions deserve to be passed on, not left behind.”
03 / Gachhak & Revri
A little winter nostalgia
The taste of winter
“There’s something special about winters in North India.
The bonfires, the warmth of family gatherings, the sound of dhol, and of course, Lohri. Every year, we come together to celebrate the season with its own little traditions, and food is always a big part of it.
And then there are those winter favourites that you wait for all year. Gachhak is one of them. That perfect crunch, the sweetness, the way it just feels right when the weather turns cold.
At Taste Tapestry, we wanted to bring that feeling back with our crispy Gachhak range. Something that celebrates the flavours we’ve grown up with, while giving you another reason to look forward to winter.
Because some seasons aren’t just about the weather. They’re about the flavours that come with them.”

Our story, in our own words.
Some stories are best felt, not just told.

Some flavours never leave us. They simply find new ways to come home.
At Taste Tapestry, we bring together the flavours we grew up with, the traditions we cherish, and the discoveries waiting to be made.
Familiar taste, woven differently.
